We enjoyed location and service, no complaints. Perfect for city break. So close to many local attractions, including the snake house, which is just 15 mins on foot. The hotel met required needs.
Everything was good. Excellent dinner in the room, better service than in the restaurant. Nice spa.
I didnt like the fact that whilst using the free wi-fi service, my internet security was compromised and I had my identity stolen to create a new facebook page in my name, as well as email addresses in my name. This spoilt an otherwise good stay in your hotel. I would recommend that you use more tighter security protocols on your routers and internet access points. This issue has left me with the hassle of notifying local, military and australian federal police. Not happy Jan!!!!
The best hotel for the money it costs.
The personnel in the restaurant can hardly speak any english anв the service at the restaurant is bad.
Lack of condiments at breakfast, ie butter, apple juice. Road access to beach (200 mtrs) etc, very rough to walk on.

It was in close proximity to the Victory Beach hotel and to la Papillon d'Or restaurants, which were both excellent, good food, good prices, friendly knowledgable staff. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the room was quite large.
We did not like the food in this hotel, which was terrible. The western breakfast was limited to eggs. They were often out of breads. Due to illness, we had to eat twice at the hotel for dinner. It was difficult to determine if what we were offered was what we ordered. The soup was tasteless. We asked about the cleanliness of the pool (it was browny-green instead of blue) and were simply met with a shoulder shrug, as if it say "that's how it is is"
The staff was very friendly.
We stayed 3 days, the first day was fine, second day we lost internet in our room, the third day we lost hot water.
We requested 2 rooms as close as possible and with double beds. One of the rooms had single beds. We complained and they offered us 2 rooms on different floors. Obviously we were very disappointed as we booked some time before the visit. Also every day we were there there was something missing from our rooms either toilet paper,bath foam, shampoo or water. We had to complain every day. The restaurant was disgraceful for dinner. We ordered 4 meals and they all arrived with 10 minute intervals between each persons dinner. Our son ordered spaghetti bolognese and this arrived 45 minutes after the dinner before. They tried to fob us off regarding the rooms and beds error and said that they would sort it out the following day however when pressed the member of staff admitted he had lied and that they no intention of changing the beds. Altogether not a good experience and it definately put a damper on our holiday.
See above. Also the beach we were told was 94 metres away, another lie it is at least 500 metres away and the beach is dirty and unkempt. WE HAD TO TRAVEL TO OTHER BEACHES EVERY DAY AT SIGNIICANT COST TO OURSELVES.

Bars on the windows. It made me feel like I was in prison! Complete fire hazard. Also, I booked a room with 2 beds and that it would be for 2 people. When my friend arrived later I had to explain to the staff many times why he should not have to pay extra since I already booked and paid for it on my credit card.

Big rooms. Location is 5 minutes walking from the sea shore/beaches.
1. Wifi did not work, though I selected this hotel specifically for a free Wifi. The router next to my room just did not incoming network cord! I had to catch Wifi from 500m hotel (with too many disconnections and slow speed) or go working to the corridor. Of course, there was no conditioner in the corridor. Imagine yourself working for 2 hours in very hot air, completely covered with sweat just because there are no other options and because every day the staff reports that "IT guys are on the day off today" (is there any IT guy, I wonder?). 2. Though I have complained 3 days in row for the internet, nothing has been taken 3. Personnel denied to give me a discount, though basically part of my money I've paid for nothing 4. For very strange reasons they are giving only 2 towels per pair per day. After single shower you do not have any dry towel even to dry your hands after you wash them. Usually a normal hotel gives you 3-4 towels a day: 2 for hands, one medium size and one big shower. This hotel (though marked 4*) just did not know about that 5. When I ordered a taxi through a reception to the airport, it was more expensive, than when I went from airport to the hotel. Looks like they take commission from a driver (that is, from me)
